You're right! I checked my total and my husband's and neither total included trivia points. When I checked the mail, I found the answer. They are claiming that my answers were wrong!!! The right answers: 1. Hogmanay 2. Charles Dickens 3. Richard Burton Now I know and Lugnutman knows that those are the answers I gave. They are not mentioning those extra answers: 4. Green Bay Packers 5. Professor Moriarity I am really p___ed! To top it off, I can't get that stupid Help Desk to work so that I can let off steam!!! Anyone else have problems with trying to leave a message there? GRRRRRRR!!!! |

I also got a message that I gave the wrong trivia answers and when they gave the trivia answers they were the same as I gave. Milesource is not what it use to be. :-(

I havn't been able to send a message to help desk in several weeks. It says I have the wrong sign in / password. My husband also gets the same message when trying to get help. |

Hi Grannysarms..I have solved my problem of accessing the Help Desk. I had been able to get to the site using my password but couldn't open the area to type out my problem. Then I remembered another time when they denied me access because they claimed I had already put in 50!!!!!! tickets. Of course, that wasn't true, so I went in the backway, opening an old ticket and vented my outrage for that problem. Whereupon they suggested I create a new help desk account which would allow me another 50 new tickets. So, I did that today and voila! I sent them a "ticket" complaining about the Tower Trivia and the fact that the 7 A.M.'s are not adding up in the "click on vendors" area. Give it a try! Maybe if enough people complain, we'll see some changes!!! Cheers!!! |

Grannysarms..I see from Lugnutman's message that the vendor part of Milesource is crediting again. Hurrah! Also, the email they sent to me today with the results of yesterday's Tower Trivia included acknowlegement of the problem crediting the answers for January 16 and it said that I would receive six credits for the six questions that day. P.S. Even if you dont have an old ticket, if you still want to contact Milesource,I don't see why you can't just register for a new user name and password. That's what I did. Opening an old ticket was just another way I tried to leave a message. If I have another problem and can't contact them any other way, I'll just register for another new user name and password!! Cheers!
