coinstocash.has anyone done this program

Does anyone do Coinstocash?I have had all sorts of trouble with this program,and trying to contact anyone is a JOKE.I have emailed them 5 or 6 times about missing earnings and why they stopped sending me ptr emails and have never once recieved a reply.
the moderator rants that you can only request payment on the 15th of the month,and the terms state that after you have earned 10.00 a request payment button would automatictly appear on your earnings page.well,I have 12.00 and there has been no button and of course I recieved no answer when I wrote to ask her how to cashout.
If anyone has any thing to say about this program,please reply,because it is really starting to sound a bit fishy.
