Who rewards for Netflix?

I'm thinking of joining netflix and I want to use a rewards program. Who rewards for netflix and who gives the best points reward? I think memolink rewards for it, and maybe mypoints....is that all?

Those are the only programs I do any more.

mypoints.com i can send you a link via email, plus they do a lot with points and "solicited" email. fill out profile and you get 60 points for that plus points for adding people to mypoints ( upto 5 per month) once they get to 125 points.
you can use points to get gift cards for many stores. I use it for christmas and b-day presents. 3500 points.... 15.00 wal mart card. (could be 25) .
