had anyone had continued problems with their milesource account? between the last few days i could not access the site and then one day i did and now again, i can not access the site and at that, my points and my husbands points both read 0 yes zero. i am a little miffed and i just was wondering about what is going on. my neighbor and her daughter-in-law up the street access their account with no problems. not just a little curious,

I have the same problem - ZERO points all of a sudden. I hope it's just a mistake and they'll get it fixed soon. I also checked my daughter's account - she hasn't been clicking for a long time, but I know she had points when she was last clicking, and she is at zero too!

In the last few minutes, my points are back - they got it fixed quickly!

Just ten minutes ago, I couldn't even send them an email thru "contact us" because it wouldn't recognize my user name and password. That was fast! I've always liked Milesource.
