Finally got email results of Milesource Lucky 7

The site is still having problems though, since the email was a ton of repeats of the same info, the results of the game I played yesterday. The size is usually 1 or 2 K for something like that, and this was 667 K and took up my entire remaining storage space in Hotmail. I'm surprised Hotmail didn't bounce it back.

I saw that on another board also. I hope they don't spam results to me... I'm going to be gone for a week, and don't want to miss out on any important email! What if I win something? lol

Has anyone else expereinced problems with their outlook freezing up when they received the Lucky 7 resutls? It happened to me yesterday and today. My software provider says it is mostly likely the result of a spyware program. Had a heck of a time removing the email - NOT easy and it cost me $29 to get it fixed.
No more Lucky 7 or Trivia for me!

WOW! Wish there was a way for you to get Milesource to pay for that! I opened mine with Outlook and had no problems. Did you at least use the complaint form on the site to report the problem so they will stop sending us these crazy emails and you can start playing again?

I tried, at least to warn them to check the email. Pretty strange to happen on the Lucky 7 result email only (and I get lots of email) and on 2 different days. Unfortunately they have this new "contact us" form and it didn't recognize me as a member! Guess I will send them a fax as that is the only other contact information on the site other than a mailing address.

It asked me to create a member name and password, so I just used the same ones I have for the site, and it let me in to send the email. But then it said I only had 3 "tickets" left, so now I'm wondering how to contact them after I use up those 3, and why they would limit the number of times you can tell them about problems. Does anyone know if it is 3 complaints per issue, or 3 total for as long as we are members?
