You open a webcertificate account the first time you get a certificate. They accrue in your account and you get a virtual credit card number (master card) that you use to pay for things at any place that accepts master card. After the first six months, you must either add or spend from your account or they apply a dormancy fee of $3/mo until you either spend, add or reach $0. You can add a certificate to your account, regardless of who it was mailed to (if multiple people in your household receive the from any source), so that you can keep your whole family's WCs in the same account if you want. The addition of WCs goes by the code number, not the name on the email |
