Memolink Cashout Problems?

I cashed out in January 2003, and have yet to see a penny. I double checked my account, and it states the date of cashout, and says "Not yet filled".
I completed their form 3 days ago asking why it hasn't been filled and have yet to hear from them.
Anyone else have these problems with Memolink?

Yep - I've got one from 8/02 which has been "filled" since first of the year and another from this year which hasn't been filled. They promised to send the first one in their "next batch" about 2 months ago. I did their form over a week ago to complain again and have gotten no response at all.

They are slow as molasses, but everything I've ordered from them has eventually come (had to inquire about only one item). I submit the order then forget about it for a year!

I have got the "next batch" answer from them the last two times I have writen them.
I don't know why they just can't get their act together.
