Finally hubby had enough to cash out... so I go to cash in for my 10 dollar KB gift certificate and guess h=what?? they wont let him.. WTH?? They have an 1800 cash out level for that one and they say he has to have 3000 to do it. I am really getting over them

I cashed out for a $25 to Outback Steakhouse on 1/26/03 .
They say they filled it on 2/25/03.
I have yet to get it.
I wrote to them to ask when Id get it. They said...
Yes you are right, you should have got it by now.
However we are backed up on orders and will send it out to you on the next batch.

Ok.... Well that still didn't answer "When" Id get it.
It's been at least 3 weeks ago that I wrote to them.

As far as them not letting you cash out for the KB GC...
Did you write them and ask them about it?
Not that it would do you any good though.

I just went to look and saw that it does say there is an 1800 point cash out for a $10 certificate. I didn't see anything that said you had to have 300 points to cash out. I guess you will have to e-mail them. They have been pretty good about responding in a few days lately (if they actually answer your question or not is another story!).
