Hows this one for you Mypoints disenabled my account because they say that I have two accounts. I only have one but, I do have a sister in law with the same first name so she decided to change her email address to her new married name which happens to be my full name. But, we both have different addresses. I emailed them so we will see. Sharon

They must be checking close to even know that there is two with the same name. Hope you get it straightened out and don't lose your accumulated points. We work hard for them and don't want to lost them. Good luck.

Mypoints is neither discrete or sensitive when trying to sort out legit accounts from those that are not. They are not member-friendly. I'm glad I found out what they are really about. It's a shame they are a disgrace to their company. They are a bunch of insensitive hypocrites who are more concerned about $$$ than serving their members.
