I also got a survey invite by e-mail in the last day or so. I'm up to a reward level, but they are "upgrading" their reward redemption/shopping cart system and want you to e-mail them with reward redemption requests FYI.

IT has been over 6 months now that I have been waiting for a $20 Target GC. I send emails and do not get answers or get the same automated response, that it takes 6-8 weeks...try THIRTY weeks! FUN!!!!!!!!!

I agree!! I have been waiting since the beginning of Sept. for a $20 Olive Garden GC. I emailed once and got the runaround, I guess it's time to start bombarding them with emails.

I think this site has been over for quite some time now I cashed out way back in May for a $10 K-mart gc and keep getting the same automated reply when I e-mail them. Sorry for the delay allow 8-10 wks. for delivery of the gc. Dadadada they mean forget it I am sure! I am not waisting time on their surveys anymore that is for sure. grrrrrrr I think alot of sites are in trouble anymore.

Did get a survey last week, but havn't gotten the GC I ordered weeks ago. Gotta look up the dates and e-mail them soon. It took a long time when I ordered GC's before but they did finally come.

I am still getting polls as of Jan. 6. However i too am waiting for my rewards prize i submitted 4 months. I contacted the BBB and got a reply from EPOLL right away. Here is there message i received on Jan 8.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending out the reward you requested. 2002 was a tough year for businesses and we were no exception. There was an unexpected demand on rewards coupled with slower growth in our business that has impacted our ability to keep up with the schedule on fulfillment.First, we want you to know that business is improving and will make sure that all rewards are fulfilled as soon as possible. Apparently it belongs to Ericka from Epoll and her job is to send out the GC's to people who complain the most, or so it seems.

I sent a nice but firm letter to her a week ago, telling her that I had waited for over 7 months for my reward but now I was going to BBB and PlanetFeedback since I NEVER got anything but the same form letter in response to my emails again and again.

She emailed me almost immediately and told me that she would send my GC. THEN she emailed me again and asked for my home address..I GOT the GC in less than a week from the time I originally emailed her with my "threat" (that I would have carried out!)

I have NO IDEA why EPOLL did not have my home address(she says that their computers were down)but I sent it to her and, voila!!!, my GC arrived on Saturday!!! WAS I EVER SHOCKED!!!!


HOPE some of you can get results from this email address as I did!

I HAVE NOT gotten ANY polls from them in MONTHS, nada online and NOTHING mailed to my home!
