Ebates & Buy.Com

Has anyone purchased anything from Buy.Com through their Ebates account? I did earlier and the 2% discount never showed in my account. I e-mailed Buy.Com to remind them to send a report to Ebates so that I could get my credit and Buy.Com responded that they do not participate with Ebates and would not provide any purchase report to them. Ebates has not responded to my e-mail for information either. Buy.Com is clearly shown on the Ebates site. Any ideas?

I ordered from Buy.com through ebates in October and my rebate was posted almot immediately. How long ago did you place your order? ebates will not respond to order inquiries until 30 days has passed, and you have to use their inquiry form.

I was 5 days short of the 30 and I did use their form to inquire. Ebates responded that buy.com was affiliated with them but to wait the 5 days and if it isn't posted, they will check into it. The strange thing is that I also received a second e-mail from buy.com telling me again that they are not affiliated with ebates. So I guess I will give it the 5 more days and see what happens!
