It's an email. I'm pretty good at always opening them, and clicking on "Show Me" if there are points to be had (a few of the offers you only get points if you sign up for something, and those I usually just pitch). But after I click "Show Me", and the page starts to load, I usually just quit right there instead of actually waiting for the whole thing to load (and almost always before bothering to read anything).
