Question about Max and MYpoints

Can anyone tell me why I can't seem to view Max? I have been on the same page, (quick list for instance) that a girlfriend on another computer is viewing at the same time and she can see Max and I can't. Anyone know why? I use MSN, and have tried through Microsoft Internet Explorer as well.

did you try hitting refresh a few times? sometimes when I go there, the first time, he is kinda transparent and when I hit refresh, there he is!

Have you tried to refresh or hit your back than forward button some that helps to bring him up.

Yes I have refreshed the page over and over again and still nothing shows up.

If you have a pop-up window stopper on your computer, that could be a possibility of why Max isn't showing up. You'll have to disengage the stopper if that is the case. When I forget to disengage, I have a yellow triangled exclamation sign over my "e" (Explorer icon) on the bottom left corner of my window. Hope that solves your problem.

Also, Max is nothing more than a script file. If you have your internet security settings set very high, you won't see the script file. I'm not telling you by any means to change your settings but that may be a part of the problem.
