I just joined netflip. I'm confused, how do I get these credits and others that you post here?

Once you are logged in to NetFlip, scroll down to the bottom of the home page. There will be a search box in the lower right hand corner. Type in the word, such as "incense." Hit enter, and you will come to a list of links that say "Cash Reward!", under which it will give you how many cents will be earned if you click on the link to Capricorn's Lair, the link for incense. (.02) After about a minute, if you hit the refresh button on your taskbar, you will see that you have two cents more than you had a minute ago.

Be sure you read their rules. I think you are limited to ten paying searches per day and you can only get paid to search using the same words every three days, not everyday.
