 Milesource Supercert. redemption
Has anyone gotten their rewards lately that they have cashed in at Milesource? Just curious cause I cashed in a month and half ago for a supercertificate and haven't heard a thing from giftcert.com.  not received!
It has been 8 weeks for me, 10 for my son, and 12 for my mom. I still had a load of points when I cashed out for my SuperCertificate 2 months ago so I am still doing Milesource each day. But once I cash out again I am done forever! I waited about 14 weeks last time and customer service NEVER answered emails, I called(at MY expense)and was put on hold for a half hour! I GIVE UP! BUT at least the SC showed up! I HOPE it does this time, FOR ALL OF US! It is a shame because I really enjoyed Milesource! I am so sick of them I cashed out in Jan. for 3 blockbuster rental. I emailed them and the first 3 times they responed saying they were a little behind. 3 more email after that they never responded back!!!!!!!!!! |

I want to redeem my Milesource points and cannot find the SuperCertificates anywhere. I had saved up just enough too. Are they gone forever? Back in January I tried to get movie certificates. After several months and several emails to them, they credited back my points. Now I am waiting on gift certificate. Been over 6 weeks. They sent back an email and said to wait another 10 business days. Now I have trouble even getting in to do trivia. What a waste of time. Any suggestions on how to get my certificate? Thanks for any help. |
