Thank you. They shipped me an empty box with a packing slip and I can't stand waiting for them to reply to an email.

Something similar happened to me last year. USPS delivered a box from Amazon, left it at my door, with a BIG HOLE in the side of it. The merchandise was missing, guess someone punched a hole in the box and pulled the stuff out!!! Amazon was WONDERFUL! The send a replacement UPS second day air, no questions asked. I DID, however, take the box to the local Post Office and show them what was delivered to me! Of course, it sounds as if you got a SEALED box that was empty, the fault of Amazon, not our wonderful post office!. I just hope Amazon replaces your order as quickly as they replaced mine!

There customer service may very well be wonderful, but not when your only recourse is to deal with them by email. The fact that they have this super secret customer service telephone number is a major annoyance, because sometimes you just want an immediate response to something like this.

I have yet to receive a reply to any of my emails, however, once I called the number you provided, they said they were sending a replacement by 2nd day air.

IT IS kinda RIDICULOUS that the phone number is not posted on the website! I actually did not even realize that. I guess I must have gotten it here on DOD and used it whenever I had a problem and IMMEDIATELY got results.
