Memolink in trouble

Just two weeks after Blink, now Memolink has been put on Linkshare's list of Discontinued Merchant Programs. They say this is either because of technical problems on ML's end, or because of financial problems: inability to pay affiliates or Linkshare in a timely manner, or because they have financial difficulties, ceased operations, or filed for bankruptcy.

They didn't voluntarily withdraw from Linkshare -- they were removed. That doesn't sound like a very good sign from ML, which went public with its problems last year when they admitted to serious problems affording to pay members their redemptions.

Not advocating everybody quit using ML -- just use with caution.

Glad I got out. A month ago I cashed out for a $10 Target GC, and it was filled on the 28th.

It was easy to earn points but I'm tired of all the hassle with it.

Well, I probably won't see the GC I ordered on October 31, 2001, nor the one I just redeemed for 2 days ago. Thanks for the info.
