Maybe try Petco or Petsmart....

Petco had a sale where it was $6.99 and my coupon covered it!

Mine worked fine at Weis.

I used mine at Target with no problem. I tried this because it was free with the coupon, but didn't like it at all.

I've had problems like that. A lot of places will just tell you that it's fake because it's printed off. That's the only thing I hate about printing coupons off instead of getting them mailed to me. So many places are so quick to turn them away. Just assuming you made it yourself or something.
