Fundraiser I am doing.....

I don't know if this is wrong to post about this here but I wanted to share it will all of my friends here at DoD. At Avon, they always have a Gund stuffed animal each year that us reps. can do as a fundraiser to get the animals donated to a specific place. Well, this year, my district has decided to donate all of the stuffed animals (puppies) we can get paid for by our customers, friends, etc. to the children of hurricane Katrina. I am really excited to be doing this because I feel like I want to do so much more but don't know how.

In order to help even more, I am doing this as a fundraiser with my kids' school as well. For every stuffed puppy I sell (to be donated), I am donating my profit to my kids school. This works out to about $4 out of the $17 for the puppies that will go to their school. I'm hoping to get more puppies bought that way since people will be doing something for the school and the Katrina victims all at the same time. I am very excited about this and have set a goal of 100 puppies to be donated by Christmas!! It would be so wonderful to be able to give 100 different children a brand new cuddly stuffed puppy for Christmas plus $400 to my kids' school!
