I know many active members of various forums & have seen numerous positive replies to the color chaning candle lunacandle offers. However it seems that people have had great feedback with the FORUMERS discount code offering 15% off all candles as well as the luna candle customer support.

I love the color changing candles so much I've bought 3 more since valentines day.

It seems some have sold out, though. I imagine this is due to business being strong!

I'll start by saying that Luna Candle started with great customer service for me. I ordered 2 candles from them and they shipped 1 correct candle and 1 incorrect candle. They promply shipped me the correct candle and said to keep the wrong candle. I figured cool, a free candle. But while burning one of the candles it would stop changing colors every 15 minutes and I had mess with the candle to make it work. So I sent Luna an email to ask it it was normal for the candle to stop working every 15 minutes. This is their reply.

Unfortunately our MC series have that issue (the candle you have is an
MC series candle). That's why they are in our clearance section now. Our
new MA line does not have that problem anymore.

To be fair to Luna, they did send another candle. But it was another MC series candle that has a known problem. Why replace a defective candle with a defective candle?

So if you bought a candle back in February and it does not work properly it is because you were sold a product that had "issues". It's like saying the car only blows up sometimes.
