What about those "free shares"?
The most valuable asset of netpoolone.com are its members. And what sounds more reasonable than letting them take part in the success of the company?

In the case of a successful IPO on the "New Market" and / or NASDAQ up to 50% of the shares will go to our members with a free shares and a family&friends program.

We believe however that it would be unfair to give those free shares evenly across all members. People who helped actively to build up our community should be rewarded.

That's why we give out the so called "units", which can later be exchanged into free shares at the time of our IPO. The exchange rate depends on how many members netpoolone will have at that time.

How many units do I get? How can I increase the number of my units?
Every member receives a certain number of units after signing up. The number of units is higher for those members who join in early:

5,000 units for the first 10,000 members

3,000 units for members No. 10,001 through 100,000

1,000 Units for all members No. 100.001+

Every member has the possibility of increasing the number of units by referring others. Spread the news to your friends, collegues and family and inform them about netpoolone. The more members we can gain, the more everybody will profit.

You will receive 500 additional units for each member you refer. You will also receive another 100 units for each member, which you refer indirectly (up to 5 levels).
