Have been doing this for a few weeks. You install a bar, which shows you new sites based on the sites that you visit. For some, there is a cash amount indicated (usually 1-5 cents). If you visit the new sites, it is put into your account. You can cash after $20.00. Get 10% of the earning of the first referal, going down 4 levels.
