Because I have to live a frugal student life, I need to accumulate more credits towards my calling card account. But I do not have a html referal link to post, here, as my calling card company does not provide any. I understand many of you have reservations about emailing me your email address so I can refer you. Not surprising. Even a moderator once jumped on one of my posts, perhaps fearing (if not explicitly stating) that I was collecting addresses for "other" purposes. I do NOT misuse addresses. I do not even save them. I just enter them in my calling card company's referal form, and they invite you (only once!) to take a look at their cards, by sending you an email with a unique referal link. The sender's address in that email has mrsarkar@... so you know its from me (the calling card company sends it in my name).

Well, I'm trying it make it more attractive for you. I'll paypal you $3 if you use my email link to register AND make a calling card purchase. How? My calling card company account allows me to precisely see which email address joined up (i.e., also purchased) under my referal. Even better: I can wait 2 weeks from your purchase, so you have a chance to refer your own friends. If I see 2 or more people signed up under you (i.e. you+2 of your friends got me referal credits), I'll very gladly paypal you $5 instead of $3. If this sounds fair, email me, using the "email" button below this post.

DO make sure you understand:
1. you put "calling card referal" in the subject line of the email you send me from the Dealofday page, or I might overlook the message.
2. Send me your first name and valid email address, so I can get due credit when you purchase, and pass on some of the incentive to you.
3. Don't do this if you are not interested in purchasing any calling cards. By the way, my company's rates and variety of choices are really good. I don't own or work for this company, but i love the card deals I get from them, and they have been honest in their dealings with me, and CS is good.
4. If your household has earlier made purchases from this company, or your email address had been refered to this company in the past, they'll declare my referal invalid. They'll credit me only if you sign up with the email address to which the rferal was sent.
5. My advice: look at their within-US and international calling card rates when you get the link. If you're not sure you want to order right away, just register with them (no cc required for that), and enable the option that they can inform you of updates/better prices. Do save the first email, as it will not be sent out again and only it has my referal link, thru which I can track if you indeed purchased from them. They do not allow me to re-refer/remind you, as that can be construed spam. Neither do they show me any of your personal details, other than your email address and whether the referal "bore fruit" (i.e. earned credit). So save the first email from the mrsarkar@... address and be sure to sign up thru it, or I can't see when/if you signed up, and I can't paypal you your share.
6. Currently, I can only send you money by Paypal (no checks in mail, etc. as that's too time-consuming).
7. Please do not send me the email addresses of your friends. I do not wish to refer anybody unless he/she asks me to.
8. If all this sounds fair enough, and you are interested, perhaps you may want to read these points again before emailing me your first name and email address
