SiteClickers looks pretty good, paying you money to click on sponsored links and banners within their website. Kind of reminds me of a mixture of MyPoints and DeltaClick. You also get a $3.00 sign-up credit. The amount required to get payment is a little high at $50.00, but that's just a bigger check when it comes. Anyway, it's free to try.
