Money making methods:
Compleat offers - Do as the instructions say. You might need sign up or order something (freebies), register to some sites, fill a survey or submit a photo. There are lots of offers to chose from and most of them are free to do. You get usually 0.5$-5$ per each compleated free offer.
Refer new members - By referring members you will earn 20% equal to the amount your referrals make and 5% what your referrals-referrals make. For example, if you refer your friend to this site and he makes 10$, you will be rewarded with 2$.

So far I have been paid 317$.

You might wonder how can some company afford to pay money for this kind of activity. I will try to explain why:

Hey! Don't know that I would make nearly as much as you have, so no huge referral payments..sorry But, I clicked your link to their website and looks like 4 ways to make money. As you said, completing offers and referrals. Also, it looks like you can shop and receive money back that way and also play games. Have you played any of the games? Can you make anything (much) by mainly just playing the games? Also...is there a minimum check they wait until the send you (e.g. $25 minimum check). Thanks

Like you said, you can recive money back by doing shoppings. However the shoppings cost more than the you get from them. There is only one game called "the pearl game". Every time you compleat a offer, you can play this game. In the pearl game you pick a shell and hope it contains a pearl. By collecting 8 pearls you are allowed to purchase a pearl barcelet, which will give you 2 free referrals (the next 2 unreferred people become your referrals). You can only play the game after compleating offers.

The best earning methods are getting referrals and compleating offers. Everyone has their own style though. I stick to referring since I am not US resident (I am not allowed to compleat most of the offers). My referrals earn me about 2-6$ per day which isn't too much, but better than nothing. After all I am earning money by doing pretty much nothing.
The minium payout is 20$.
