Go to ebay, find an auction that you want to watch. You can either do something that has a reserve or something that you think you'll be outbid on (or with a low bid) if you don't want to actually buy something on ebay. Click "watch this auction" and go back to Unwired Buyer to be sure it's in your watched auctions.

When there is less than 5 minutes left, the automated service will call you to let you know that the auction is ending. At that time, you can place a bid automatically by pressing pound (or star - it tells you what to do, I just can't remember). You do NOT have to be the high bidder on the auction, just place a bid. It told me "your bid has been placed" then immediately after that "you are not the high bidder" (so if someone has already bid higher than you, all you actually have to do is place the minimum bid and be outbid right away).

Within ten minutes, you get an email from Unwired Buyer, confirming your email address. I received payment within five minutes of that. $20 - for nothing.
