I joined WePayMail only about a week ago and I already have 81 cents in my account! That is without referrals. I joined this one because the payout is low - $5, and I was told that you can cash out quickly without referrals. I believe it, because if I keep participating like I have (and I'm not even clicking on every single email they send out), I should be able to cash out in about 3 more weeks.
