PPC Funds is a very new program that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys rewards programs and is pleased with the ability to receive their funds, however small, almost instantly.

PPC Funds pays by Paypal (and others I believe) with a minimum balance of 1 cent.

I have only been a member of the site for about a month and have already been paid numerous times. The payment normally occurs over-night or within one day. In my experience, payment wait time has never exceeded 48 hours!

The principle method of earning is paid emails (like Mypoints, etc.)

Each email is usually worth 1/4th of a cent (.25 cents) although I have received a few for more and others for slightly less. A few emails (very few) have point values and can be redeemed for advertising and other items. I personally skip those. Most of the links lead to some of the all-too-familiar search engines promoted by many of the reward programs.

They have an on-site email box where one can read their emails and also have a “paid to click” section, however, the amount of paid-to-click links is usually small.

The format/programming of the site is identical to Quickerclickers (if you are familiar with that site) but is (in my opinion) better maintained and has higher volume, thus more opportunities to earn.

This one is not a huge earner, but it is also very easy and pays rapidly. I find the site rewarding and worthwhile for the amount of effort.

I have been paid several times, and earned about 1 dollar this last month without benefit of referral income with only about 1 minute per day invested in the process. Of course, earnings will vary based on volume so please consider this when contemplating joining and realize that this is not a get rich quick scheme or a promise of any certain income. I would not want to mislead you since I have only been with the program one month.
