The drawing will take place on the 1st of the month after all entries are tallied for the previous month. Each entry that you have earned will be eligible for a prize, however, a member may only win one prize per month. The winners are chosen at random. There is no cost to enter. The first place prize will be the first winner drawn at random; the second place prize will be the second winner drawn at random; and so on, until all prizes have been awarded. Prize winners will be notified via email and on the member's news section of the eZanga.com web site. The prizes will be sent via first class mail, paypal, or any other way eZanga.com determines to be the most appropriate. If your email address changes, you must update it on our system as soon as you can. If we cannot reach a winner via email within 15 days of the drawing, that winner will forfeit the prize. You can change your email address in the eZanga.com member's section at any time. Cash payments will only be made after the member's qualification to participate has been verified by eZanga.com. eZanga.com, is not responsible if you lose, or misplace your funds via email. All cash payment amounts may be changed or modified at any time and at the discretion of eZanga.com. Members are responsible for any taxes due as a result of payments made for their participation in eZanga.com. eZanga.com is required by law to issue a Form 1099 to any member who is paid $600.00 or more for participation in our giveaway, for the participation of referrals, or both.
