After my quest for good rates on International Calling Cards put me through several companies, I found one that not only has excellent rates and secure services, but also has a referal program. When I refer you, I have to enter (1) your email address (THE one you'll use to sign up with them) and (2) country to which you mostly call, , so they can email you their link with a choice of cards for that country. When you are sent their link, if you take even a minute to compare the cards they offer, you can find the best deals. Like no connection fee China 14c/min; India 33c/min; Canada 6c/min; Mexico City 9c/min; Moscow 9c/min, etc. etc.
