Download the small program. The bar sits on the bottom of your screen and and flashes ads. When the PrizeDispenser logo flashes (it actually fades in and out) you click on it to be entered into the drawing for a prize. Prizes include TV's, VCR's, gift certificates, CD's, pictures, and phone cards. You'll know pretty quick if you won, winners names are posted almost immediately on the bar. They don't tell you when the logo will flash but from using it it appears a couple of times an hour. Everyone who enters the daily prize drawings is eligible for the daily cash giveaway and the weekly million dollar drawing.

I haven't won anything yet, but other people are (I'm just naturally unlucky). They also say that if your computer is "mission critical" you probably shouldn't download and use it. My computer has been at Defcon 4 for awhile now and I haven't had any problems but use your best judgement. Normally these things slow my computer down, too, but I haven't had a problem using it yet.
