What a find this was, and all because I belong to BLINK. As soon as I saw this I signed up, and just knew it was the kind of place I wanted to be involved in.
I have alot of hobbies, so anything that you do with a sewing machine or needle and thread or yarn, I like to do. I also do machine embriodery, ribbon embroidery and I really love to scrapbook. With an almost 4 yr. old son, I have lots of subjects to build memory pages around.
The best DEAL I EVER found? Why that's an easy one. MY HUSBAND, of course. He's the light of my life and after 13 years, we're still going strong and I give him all the credit. We have suffered a few major tragedies in our lives that would have normally destroyed some families but Mark has always found a way to see the good even in the face of disaster. When we lost our home to an uninsured fire that took literally everything but the clothes on our backs, he said"Well honey, you always wanted a new house"As we stood there, the last of the flames dying, he actually made me laugh. No-one was hurt, our pets had been rescued. What else mattered?
I'm 43 with my first and only child. He has really changed our lives and for the better too. I've been dis-abled for the past 9 years after an accident at work injured my back. Now, I'm the bionic woman , with 3 different implants to help alleviate the pain. Fortunatly for us, we live on the family ranch (in the family for 102 years) so I always have my husband close when I need help with our little one.
We raise beef cattle and also have horses to ride. The guys ride 4-wheelers and dirt bikes, are avid hunters and fishermen. I think that even with my health problems, our life is full and rich. We have a happiness together that is rarely found and seldom seen.  |
