That's what my Dad called me when I was little ... he told me it was a little bird sitting on a fence with its "mug" on one side and its "wump" on the other. No wonder I grew up with such a warped sense of humour!!!

Glad to be here ... still trying to set up my profile etc ... not too good with computers yet.

mugwump_47...Thanks for letting me know. I am sure I had heard it somewhere but I never knew what it meant. For some reason, I started calling my daughter that when she was a baby and I still call her that. Nice to meet another mugwump!
