question

I have been working out for about 2 weeks now for 45 min a day 4 to 5 days a week i find that i am hungry more, is this normal?

Hello & welcome to the board!

I am not a workout person, but I know I have heard that when you feel hungry that is a good sign. Something about you are burning fats or something, not really sure.

Hi,
Yes, it's normal, your body is adjusting or trying to, adjust to your burning more calories - therefore you're hungry. Just like if you went swimming for a few days - you get hungry faster and want to eat! (then sleep) It's normal, and once you adjust, remember, lots of liquids/water, you should be ok.
