| Re: question Hi, Yes, it's normal, your body is adjusting or trying to, adjust to your burning more calories - therefore you're hungry. Just like if you went swimming for a few days - you get hungry faster and want to eat! (then sleep) It's normal, and once you adjust, remember, lots of liquids/water, you should be ok.
