I can't figure this out...

I cannot figure out how to post on any other part of DOD except the introduction page. This is all new to me. I have never interacted on any post or chat sites of any type so I hope you all are as patient and helpful as you are hospitable to new-comers. I am the one who entered the post inquiring about motorcycle tires on this introduction page of DOD and now this. So if any of you guys or gals can direct me I am sure everyone on this part of DOD and especially me, would appreciate it

How Do I Post a New Message?
If you are interested in posting a new message in a particular forum (Internet Deals, General Chit Chat, etc) go to that forum and on the upper right side and/or on the bottom right side of the bulletin board you will see an icon named "NEW TOPIC". Click on "NEW TOPIC" and it will then redirect you to the following:

Username - Input your Deal of Day username (if you have selected in your profile to have this automatically entered, you may not have to input this each time)

Password - Input your Deal of Day password (if you have selected in your profile to have this automatically entered, you may not have to input this each time)

Subject - Create a Subject That Describes What Your New Topic Is About. It is very helpful if you put the type of freebie (when appropriate) and the company or website name in the subject line. For example: To post about Deal of Day being a site where you receive a free magnet for signing up, a helpful subject line would be: Free Magnet at DealofDay.com for registering.

Icon - You may select a smiley face or other graphic listed by clicking on the button to the left of the graphic (optional)

Message -Type your Message

Automatically Parse URL - If you click this option, it will automatically generate a URL / Link to the site that you are referring to in your post without the need for you to type [url] and other codes before and after the url you are posting

E-Mail Notification - If you wish to receive an e-mail notifying you each time someone posts a reply to your topic, then click this button. An e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address you have listed with Deal of Day. Note: Consider this option carefully.. If 30 people reply to your post, you will receive 30 e-mails telling you about the replies.

Disable Smilies in Post - If you do not want anyone to create smiley faces or other "emoticons" within your post, then click this option.

Show Signature - If you would like to show your signature that you created in your profile in the post you are about to submit, then click this option.

How Do I Reply to a Message?
From within the actual topic that you are interested in replying, you will see an icon named "POST REPLY". Click on this icon. You will then be prompted for:
