I had heard that the summer clearance stuff was being marked down to 75% off and so I stopped in to "just look". I found some great deals. They had chairs, Igloo coolers, towels, candles, insect repellent, picnic stuff, balls, horsesgoes, volleyball set, bocce sets, water bottles, and more. In 4 days it is going to 90% off, but there won't be anything left by then. My neighbor went after I did and said most things were already gone from our store,

It was so fun. I actually went to Target for cold medicine (yeah - I know - it's July and a summer cold is no fun). I had to walk past the Fresh Squeezed "stuff" on my way to the meds and made a detour. I got lots of knick knacks - beach balls, corn picks, meat thermometer, cameras (yeah), decorating frosting and of course, my med's. I went to another one later and found beach towels for $1.72 each. I'll be back on Wed just to see if anything is left |

So glad you posted about this. I stopped by last night and it was incredibly picked over but I still got some plastic cups (.50 each), two beach balls (.24 each), a pack of squirt guns (.64 each) and three beach mats that are really cool for only 2.50 each. My grand total was $11.50. That's a record low for me for Target! Johnna St. Louis, MO |

Ok, so I was a little late getting to Target's 4th of July clearance sale, but I did find some deals at 90% off tonight. I got a sand chair for $1.49 and a Wilton star cookie cutter for $0.29. The Sprouse red, white, and blue clothes are still only 50% off. Among my other finds were a Eureka Whirlwind 4488AT vacuum cleaner for $29.94, Rubbermaid Animal Friends alligator plates for $0.24 each and a pair of spoons (purple and yellow) for $0.99, a pair of size 4 Superman underwear for $0.46, and a pack of Monsters Inc. party plates ( for $0.50.Not too bad for some late night shopping.

No summer stuff left for 90% I guess, but I did find a deal. I had to buy juice boxes for soccer and found the 30 pk of Hi-C for $2.44. It was the only pack that I saw so at the register I asked if they had a few more which they brought me. Manager said they were priced wrong...Reg. $4.95 ish... I was happy to get them for half price. I wonder if they have corrected the price. ?
