Isn't this supposed to be for people who are not happy with the Whitestrips? I believe that if you're unhappy with the results you can request the refund but when you do, they contact you and ask you why you aren't happy with them. I may be wrong...
But the first time I used the strips, I wasn't happy with the results and used the toll free number on the box to request a refund and was given the same "mail this stuff in" type directions, but the gal went on to make me tell her why I was unhappy with the results. Eventually she persuaded me not to get the refund, but to allow them to send me another box because "some people take more than one box to see noticable results".

Maybe so, the page didn't specify one way or the other. Personally speaking, at $40+ a box, I thought users of this product would simply like to receive an additional box.

AG - it's a nice thought, but this is definately for ppl who can't get the strips to work for them.

As for me, and the strips that are on my teeth right now, I have to say that they're working and I in good conscience couldn't try to get another box for free.

I think this might serve a better purpose in GCC or somewhere else...Mods?
