Well, it didn't say it was expired or not valid, it just said I didn't meet the requirements. Maybe it's good on $100 purchase??? Is there something else that there is a rebate on that we could add to the shopping cart, and still get the scanner for $9.99? You know, a free after rebate item?

I have already done this deal, but I added IBm viavoice for $20 with a $20 rebate and 1 more item to bring it over $100. then added a $20 off 100 coupon. the scanner is silent scans good and when scanning documents is the best I have used so far. i had hooked it up to our second computer, but i am moving it to the main computer. i am not sire if the via voice is still there with the $20 rebate.

The Via Voice is $29.99 now, but still has the $20 rebate. Still a pretty good deal to bring total to over $100.

In case anyone is interested I was in Staples this week and picked up my second Visioneer 8100 One Touch 5 button scanner - now priced at $79 was $99 with $70 rebate good thru 5/31/ 02

I used a $10 off $40 printable coupon that I found on another website. So it's free after rebate so you only pay for tax in the long run.

(There are 3 or 4 printable coupons in case you buy more stuff while there like I always do)

The Paperport software alone is worth the trouble of doing this.
You can orgainze all your document then you can and send them to email, fax, word, printers and other programs on your computer.

You may have to go to your local brick and morter store if they don't have it online in your area or call them. 1 8003staples
