There's a cookie on your computer and they recognize you as an existing customer. You can try logging out on the customer service page and then placing an order as new customer. I think you will have to use a new phone #, email address and credit card.

the coupon won't process, just gives me an error page. i called hsn, and she says i had to call in somewhere to get this code, and accused me of LYING when i told her it popped up while on their website. (she is a NASTY person. and she's wrong, because it obviously DID pop up w/ 2 of you.) so, does anybody know where on the sight they were when it popped up? or why i'm getting "error"? (i really am a 1st time customer.) boy - i can't STAND hateful csr people!!!

#1 - You can only use this coupon for ONE item.....that is to say, you can't get something that's $16.00 and something that's $10.00 (for a total of $26.00), and have it take the entire $25.00 off.....it'll only take the $16.00 item off (which can still be a good deal.....)

#2 - Now, having said that....when you enter the coupon code in the box and click "Apply and Update", it should bring up a pop-up box with the "Rules for Use of this Coupon". Something caught my eye about that, so I went back and deleted one of the things out of my cart, leaving only a DVD that was selling for $19.99. Sure enough.....IT TOOK OFF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT!!!! I only paid for shipping!!! No, I'm not kidding....here's my confirmation:
