I can't get this to work. It brings me to correct page when I click link and states discount will show prior to payment, but it does not. I cleared cookies & tried again but it still will not show. My order total is $146 w/ just office supplies and cd's.
I still want to try...any more suggestions?

Even though you do not make the actual purchase prior to the discount showing up, you do, however, have to submit ALL your info INCLUDING your credit card payment.
