Here is a link for free shipping at beauty.com which is afilliated with drugstore.com. So I assume if you put something in your cart from beauty.com and then go back to drugstore.com and shop there too, then your whole order will have free shipping?
Maybe you could even take out the beauty.com item (if you really don't want it) and the free shipping will still apply?

Okay it worked I just put something in my cart from this link at beauty.com and then I typed in the search box Primal Elements and it brought me to the candles at drugstore.com and I put the cupcake one in my cart and went to checkout and removed the makeup from beauty.com and it left the free shipping in my cart so I got my Primal Elements cupcake candle with free shipping.
