Post Coldwater Creek

Has anyone ever seen any really really good deals for this place. I love their dresses, but the pricing is so out of my reach. If anyone does find a REALLY good deal please please let me know. Thanks.

I haven't heard of better deals than using the codes posted above, but just to make sure, do you know that there's an outlet at their website? They have a lot of things discounted there, and during different times of the year, discounts go down even more. Also, the codes are good for outlet purchases. You can sign up for their email newsletter to receive news of further outlet reductions.

They have very nice things but I find that their clothes are much bigger than from other places and they don't carry shoe sizes below 6, so I pretty much can't shop there (even though I'd like to!).

Most of their clothes are made in Canada, and are very nicely made, I might add. And yes, they do seem to run a bit large.

If you wait long enough, most of the things they have eventually go on sale. Experience of several years of shopping with them has taught me that all things come to those who wait.

Thumbs down Where their products are made

Coldwater Creek used to pride itself on having only "made in america" products. They still have a few things, and yes they also have a few from Canada, but most are imported, and over priced for what you get.

I ordered a three piece outfit, and when I opened the bag, it was made in Cambodia........For $175 it was returned.

Shopping in the outlet and using a coupon is the best way to go, and they also have a reputation for exploiting their employees with low wages and almost no benefits.

sweetsue, I've gotten maybe 7 or 8 outfits from Coldwater Creek, and every single one has been made in Canada, so that's why I said what I did. They weren't overpriced, in my opinion, when I consider how well they were made and the quality of the fabrics. I will say, though, that I never paid full price for anything. I guess price is relative, relative to what you're used to paying for comparable items. I have no idea about their employment practices. I'd be interested in reading about this.

I go to the b&m outlet store, and buy clothes from 99 cents to 4.99.

I have purchased everything from shorts to evening wear ( I paid 50.00 for the gown) and have been very pleased with the quality.

Check your outlet malls for a store, they have coupons for in-store only also.

France, it's B&M store, and it means 'bricks and mortar.' That's their physical store, as opposed to the virtual one online.

Hi, I was interested in the CWC thread since the distribution center is located in my hometown. It is a very nice place to work.
They came into this area, created 200-400 jobs fulltime and part time. The Co. offers flexible work schedules and reasonable wages. Basicly, in this area (WV), it is a decent job. The people I know that work there are satisfied with their jobs.

Thanks for letting us know that, barbm1! I've spoken with Customer Service many times, regarding how things fit, fabrics, etc., and everyone has always been more than nice. If people aren't happy with their jobs, it's usually apparent.

I really like Coldwater Creek, and heaven help me if there were a local outlet store..........
