oops - meant to ask (i searched but couldn't find the answer): can i put items on hold or law-away today for purchase at tomorrow's sale price? (i hoped to let DD & DS pick out a lot of clothing & shoes after school today - ok, & me too!!, then buy everything at the MUCH lower price tomorrow morning BEFORE work).
anyone know?

admittedly, i wasn't clear - i did not intend to *hold ALL of my planned purchases*...........
DD & DS are VERY picky about clothing (they're both in their teens), & i knew i was buying a lot of *other stuff*.
i was able to put the few *limited* items (a certain purple candle, the only shirt that DS wanted in his size, 2 pairs of shoes that were the last pairs in the sizes i needed).
all told, only about $50 worth of stuff on hold - BUT i spent almost $900 when i bought those items - according to the cashier, the biggest sale she had ever rung - LOL. i don't have a prob buying the morning of a sale (i was at kohl's at 8AM, when the doors opened), but as long as ANYONE may put items on hold according to store policy, i believe *it is fair* for ALL to do so. btw, this was the 1st time i've *held* items anywhere.
i've been told my "list" was OOS too many times at the start of a sale - fair is when EVERYONE has the same opportunity (& according to CS, many ppl do use *hold* before a sale there) - IMHO, this was just that. (geez, i even gave a person the last of an item, that i had already tried on & put in my basket, cos she "really needed that size" ! sorry, but yup, i try to, and do believe i "play fair"..... )

while some of the deals there are still excellent (tons on clearance - plus 50% off the marked clearance price, clothes, housewares, etc) - the $10 reward coupons were given out fri & sat only, and could only be used starting sunday 2/24.
even w/o the coupons, there's a lot on sale that's worth the trip. (my personal favs: the eureka bagless vac @ $140 - reg $300, beautiful wood & iron HEAVY park benches @ $50 - reg $100 ~ & another 10% off if you open a kohl's charge )

just had to tell someone! see all the kohl's deals on here and am so jealous, and today, riding back to the office after lunch, a BIG SIGN, a kohl's going in less than a mile from my office! can you tell I might be a little excited? lol

I went to Kohl's B&M friday and clearance were an additional 25% off red ticket price = 80% off!
I could get Levi's jeans...Men's, woman's & kids for $7!
I picked up junior's lei dress slacks for same price.
I went in there for a microwave (which I discovered they do not carry) and came out w/ lots of bargains instead.

when they first came to our area, i rec'd a $10 GC (in the mail) from them - hope they'll be doing that in your area!

(btw, the kohl's card is great - you get 10% off your 1st charge - then more & more 10% off total purchase coupons in the mail (haven't even rec'd my 1st bill from them yet, & i already rec'd 3 more coupons )
