General Cinema's Summertime Weekly Film and Fun Fest!

Entering its 17th year, Summer MovieCamp is a series of popular family films shown during a weekday morning from June to August. It's the perfect summertime activity for individual kids, camp groups, or child care centers!

Summer MovieCamp is safe, lots of fun, and educational...a great way for kids to spend a weekday morning in the summer. Before the movie, our theatres often have a special event for children and adults alike. Past year's activities include coloring contests, treasure hunts, face painting, sing-alongs, and visits by local community organizations like the police or fire departments.

This year's series promises to be better than ever! Check back in the spring to see our lineup of great family films!

Best of all, Summer MovieCamp is affordable for groups of all sizes. Individual series tickets good for all shows are available at a great price, and single tickets at the door are usually $3 or less.

I think this is wherever they have General Cinemas. I've done this before in California, and it was great! There was a special deal on a small popcorn and drink, and the kids got stickers or a fancy pencil with the movie logo on it. I will definitely do this again. Thanks for reminding me!
