Before the movie, our theatres often have a special event for children and adults alike. Past year's activities include coloring contests, treasure hunts, face painting, sing-alongs, and visits by local community organizations like the police or fire departments. I think this is wherever they have General Cinemas. I've done this before in California, and it was great! There was a special deal on a small popcorn and drink, and the kids got stickers or a fancy pencil with the movie logo on it. I will definitely do this again. Thanks for reminding me!
