I spent a lot of time compiling this, hope it helps! You've gotta love those free movie ticket offers! For some reason, I have been seeing free movie ticket offers like NEVER BEFORE! So I decided to make a list of them and here they are: Whoppers/Milk Duds (Exp. 3/31/02) [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - Collect 12 points for an adult ticket or 8 points for a child ticket - Kmart has Milk Dud cartons with 4 points each for $1.69 - so for $5.07 (plus tax) you can get a free ticket! What a deal, a movie AND snacks for 5 bucks! Chicken of the Sea Tuna Kit Offer [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - Purchase FOUR Chicken of the Sea Tuna Kits and send in all four UPC's and receipt for free movie ticket. - Check the store for deals; mine has them 2/$4 - Also check Valupage - [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - I got $2.00 in Web Bucks for buying 4 kits; look under the in store savings, you might have a coupon for it. Fruit of the Loom Offer - On specially marked packages, send in UPC and receipt to get free ticket. - All the 5-packs of t-shirts at Kmart ($9.99 for 5 t-shirts) had the offers on them. - Just check at Kmart or Target; I think they are only on the 5 packs Reese's Candy Offer [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - Send the UPC symbols from any Three (3) Bags of REESE'S Packaged Candy (12oz. Or larger) or Twelve (12) REESE'S Candy Bars (1.5oz or larger) - It says it is a ticket to see the re-release of ET, but I wonder if they might just send Movie Cash? Who knows...still a good deal. Lever 2000 Offer [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - On specially marked 8-bar packages - Also on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] (on the left), you can get a ticket with purchase of 2 select items (pretty pricey, might be good with a code) Post Free Kids Movie [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - On specially marked boxes, coupon for a Free Kids Movie OR $5 in snacks (I tried using this but they claimed it was only valid on Kids Packs...) Ore Ida Offer - On Specially Marked Packages - FREE Kids Admission Movie Ticket to see Scooby-Doo OR any Warner-Bros Movie value up to $6.50 - Send 3 UPC's from any Ore-Ida Frozen Potatoes, cash register tape dated 02/15/02 - 07/31/02, your NAZ on a 3x5 card. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] - they have contests on here every now and then to get a free pass, keep checking back. Another great way to get free movie tickets is to look IN YOUR NEWSPAPER! In CHICAGO, every Friday they usually have 2 or 3 offers, many times they are contests, and other times they are ones where you have to pick up the ticket at a store. Be on the lookout in the entertainment/movies section of your newspaper |

Thanks for the Whoppers/KMart connection, I had been ignoring these because most don't make sense for the $$. Here's another one I located at Office Depot, you may find the same offer at other office supply places: Look for multipacks of Sanford markers/pens with coupon for free movie ticket with 3 POP from "any Sanford multipack pen or mechanical pencil." I checked around, found mechanical pencils for less than $2/multipack. They didn't have the coupon on the pencil package, but one fell off a marker multipack into my basket... I can't tell if this is one/household or not, from the vague wording on coupon. Expires pretty soon, maybe mid/end March. |

Re General Cinema Credits: Credits, a free program for frequent movie-goers, is available in Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Seattle and Washington D.C. Boo, hiss! But the AMC program is great, if you go on Wednesday you get a free small popcorn just for being a member! And they automatically give you a cents-off coupon for soft drink if you're into that. They recently sent me a postcard to get a free pass just for calling within 24 hours of seeing a movie at AMC and taking a short survey. Your points don't seem to vary whether you go to full-price showing or bargain matinee. |

Ok checked out the Sanford deal. On some multi packs of Sanford ball point pens and mechanical pencils they have a small form.. Says to send in 3 UPC's from either ball point multipacks or mechanical pencils multipacks. Expires March 29th.... The pens are kind of exspensive...I only say packs that were $4.99 - I'm not going to spend $15 to get a movie ticket and a bunch of pens...I don't like the stlye either. But still check it out if you are in the offce section of stores.... -Matt |

Awesome post, Matt!! I hate to pay full price for movie tickets. Yes- I'm cheap! I'll usually wait till I can rent the DVD before I pay full price. But now... thanks to Matt, I may be able to actually see a movie while it's still a big hit! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! |
