Does Eckerd Drugs take coupons?

I was just wondering while looking at the circular- does Eckerd Drugs take manufacturer's coupons in addition to their circular weekly coupons?

Yes they take all coupons.

They do take manufacturer's coupons in addition to their coupons. If a cashier tells you she can't do that (which the newer ones tend to do) ask politely to speak with a manager. Also they used to match prices but I don't know if they still do that. I was in Eckerds yesterday and saw they have a thing where if you don't find the greeting card you want they will pay you $2.50 or something close to that.

Yes! One time I got Revlon foundation for 1.20 like that, with a manufacturer coupon and an Eckerd one! But!!!!! Look on the circular coupon to see if it says manufacturer or Eckerd coupon....you can't combine 2 manufacturer coupons but you can combine Eckerd + manufacturer. Hope that makes sense! LOL

You're right Cindy. They do sometimes put manufacturer's coupons in their ads. They had some real nice candles in the cosmetics area marked down about 70 percent. I live in Texas, so don't know if it is just local or not.

I headed to our local Eckerd with my manufacter coupons plus the circular coupon to get 2 tubes of Listerine toothpaste (normally almost $4 but DH loves it after dentist gave him a sample) and I thought I would get 2 for $3 a piece. That bothered me to begin with- I had been buying colgate at the Dollar Tree for $1 but DH wanted Listerine. UGHHH

Well... next to the Eckerd was PriceCutters- I think we only have them in North Atlanta but they are moving. Literally 1 store down in the same shopping center but had a 50-75% off everything sale so of course I went in. I got 8 Arm & Hammer Tarter Control Toothpaste for $2 with a Full Size Gum Bonus on each so we aren't doing the Eckerd Deal. I got 8 tubes of toothpaste for what I would have gotten 2 tubes of Listerine with the Eckerd and the sales coupon.


DH!!! OH well- HAHA... he was happy with the results and he even realized- "You could have gotten 2 months of Listerine toothpaste and you got a whole year easy of Arm and Hammer for cheaper."

I never knew you could use manufacturer's with the Eckerds coupons. Oh, the deals I could have gotten, UGH! Glad I now know!!
