You have to enter the code in all capital letters and make sure that you hit the UPDATE button after you type in the coupon code. It worked for me just fine.

It kicked me to the 404 error page, so I called WBSStore customer service (800-289-7900) about it - they said there were "site difficulties" right now.

They took my order, with coupon info, over the phone and will fax it to correct dept. which will send e-mail to me confirming.

My order turned out free, even I thought I'd pay some S/H, but the customer service folks had to take credit card info anyway.

I had the same responce and I called them Three times and the last time they said all they are being told is for us to keep tring it may go through. They didnt tell me the coupon wasnt any good just for us to keep trying.

I just called their customer service, and the woman said that while SUMMERMOVE should still be good, she was unable to help me with it at all. I could have placed the order on the phone, but not with the coupon (no thanks!) She said to call back tomorrow during the day. She was basically no help at all.
