Step 1. Be one of the first 1000 participants to submit one of the following completed web-based courses on the Intel® Learning Network categories Introduction to Microsoft* .NET*
Security Considerations for e-Commerce
Using SSE2 to Optimize Video Decoding and Encoding: Motion Compensation

Step 2. Register on the Intel Learning Network database (if you are not already registered), and complete one of the courses listed above including the evaluation.
Step 3. If you are one of the first 1000 participants, for the first time you complete one of these courses, including the evaluation, we send a $15 CD gift certificate from CDNOW* to your e-mail address.

Please allow up to six weeks to receive your CD gift certificate.


Rules and conditions for this offer

If you are one of the first 1000 participants to complete one of the Intel® Learning Network web-based courses listed above, we will send a $15 CD gift certificate from CDNOW to your e-mail address.

Note: If this is the first time you are using the Intel® Learning Network you must register first.

This offer is only valid between February 1, 2002 and February 28, 2002, and will expire after distribution of 1000 CD gift certificates, whichever comes first.

The total number of CD gift certificates offered is limited to 1000 gift certificates. During this period you are limited to receiving only one CD gift certificate per participant as determined by to your e-mail address.

Intel is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, malfunctions or if the participant submits an incorrect or invalid e-mail address.

I just received this gift certificate and I know I completed this a looong time ago. I had given up on it. I know that I completed it at least before last August because it was when I lived at my old house and we moved here in August. So if you have completed this in the past few months, I would be on the lookout for it
