| Apollo 2550 Printer $20 after rebate
Rite-Aid (drugstore) B&M has Apollo 2550 on sale this week, through Sat. Feb 2, for $59.99 -- then you get a $40 rebate through their Single Check Rebate program. Submit online through [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or

This should work (the double rebate), as long as it is the P-2550P that is for sale (the parallel port version), since that is what the apollo rebate is for (presumably not for the USB version, P-2550U since the rebate specifically says "P"). Free would be a reasonable "price" to pay for this, since it comes with only the color cartridge, so if you were going to do any amount of printing you'd need to buy a new black one ($25). but if you are one of the lucky people with a riteaid B&M near you (not me), this is probably a pretty good deal, esp.with the quick rebate turn around from riteaid. Hmmm...this web page casts some doubt on being able to get the second rebate. But still, even $20 isn't bad for this printer, even if you do have to buy a second cart. Thanks for finding that Apollo site page. It does look as if they know about the Rite Aid deal and I suspect you will NOT get the second $20 rebate... too bad, I thought I had cooked up a deal!

I think it was Staples that had the sale last year for this same printer. $49 and there was a $40 rebate, not sure if it was thru HP or Staples but this printer ended up being $9 plus tax in the end. It's a nice printer.
