Check bizrate, ratingwonders, and why.com. These all have customer rating information on various sites (ratingwonders probably has the most sites available in my opinion. And while you're there, rate a store and get some free coffee....)

Bethie, I don't know about the site, but have shopped at Moletown's B&M store several times over the years (on La Brea in Hollywood!)
